About Us
Global Civil Solutions, LLC. (GCS) was founded in July 2010 to provide a wide range of professional civil engineering and program management services. We are headquartered in the beautiful city of Dallas, Texas.
GCS is certified by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) & Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Texas (METRO) as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), the State of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB), and registered by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
Our team of engineers and scientists have designed and managed transportation, hydrology and water resources, commercial and residential land development, utilities, and traffic engineering projects for public and private clients throughout Texas and neighboring states. Our staff has served as designers, project managers, and program managers on various projects and both small and large capital improvement programs.
